Want to try Martial Arts training?
People train with us for a number of reasons: weight loss, health & fitness, self-protection, confidence building, study of a traditional martial art, self-discipline and/or as a challenge. At EMAA we believe in progressive martial arts. This manifests itself n both what we teach and how we teach it. Utilising scientifically valid Martial Arts training methods, including training for stand-up and wrestling components of a fight, in a safe, friendly but sincere atmosphere, suitable and sensitive to all age groups. The club has been established for over 20 years and training is based around traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate, whilst also embracing self-protection methods and fight training all within a scientifically valid framework. Classes include fitness, self-protection, traditional karate and fight training aspects. Thus martial arts participation can cater for individual needs, whatever they may be. Training involves both the physical and mental, allowing the individual to maximize their physical and psychological strength. Get motivated and stay motivated! |

Martial Arts Training for Kids Instructors are certified with the Martial Arts Standards Agency, ensuring enhanced CRB check, full Coaching/Black Belt qualifications and Professional Indemnity Insurance are held. |
Martial Arts Training Has benefits other than the obvious. Training can improve concentration, self-esteem and discipline whilst burning calories and helping you get fit. Martial Arts can help you develop a positive attitude that stays with you outside of the dojo (training hall). |
