 At present there are two kids classes, one for teenagers and four adults classes at three locations in Moseley and Balsall Heath.

Classes are one hour for kids and either one and a half or two hours for adults.

Fees are paid monthly in advance and are based on a 48 week year, i.e. four weeks per month. This allows for two weeks closure during August and a further two weeks at Christmas. See the fee's table below for costs.

Fee's and Membership Options
The 'all-in' option entitles members to train at any of the weekly session to which they are eligible, whilst the 'standard' option permits training 4 times per month.

All-in membership also entitles 'free' training at the monthly 3 hour sessions, otherwise the cost is £10, on top of the monthly membership costs.

As per the table, longer periods of membership are available and a term time only option is available for children.
